The Popular Mechanics™ "Factory Technical Service Bulletins" database is one of the optional data modules you can access on this disc for an additional cost.  "Factory Technical Service Bulletins," more commonly known as TSBs, are inside information produced by the manufacturer and sent to the dealerships.  These TSBs contain information on recalls, safety updates, troubleshooting and repair procedures for common problems, parts modifications, warranty changes and extensions, goodwill policies, and much more.
